1. Protection of personal data

The KKNMS will process personal data strictly according to the specifications of the new data protection law (DS-GVO and new BDSG). It also ensures through technical and organizational measures that this data cannot be misused for other than its intended purposes. In particular, we will not transmit any data provided to us to third parties. Your data is thus in good hands.

Inasmuch as this website allows for input of personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses), the user provides these data on an expressly voluntary basis. The contact data published in the imprint, or comparable information such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers as well as email addresses, are not permitted to be used by third parties for the transmission of information that has not been specifically requested. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the senders of so-called spam mails for violations of this prohibition.

2. Google Analytics and Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA. 3. Rights

You have the right

  • according to Article 7 paragraph 3 of the DS-GVO, to revoke your once given consent to us at any time;
  • in accordance with Article 15 of the DS-GVO, to request information about your personal data processed by us;
  • in accordance with Article 16 of the DS-GVO, to immediately demand the correction of incorrect or the completion of personal data stored by us;
  • in accordance with Article 17 of the DS-GVO, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us;
  • in accordance with Article 18 of the DS-GVO, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
  • in accordance with Article 20 of the DS-GVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request their transmission to another responsible party;
  • in accordance with Article 77 of the DS-GVO, to file a complaint with a regulatory authority;
  • If your personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1, sentence 1 of the DS-GVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21 of the DS-GVO, provided that the reasons for your objection are related to your specific situation.

4. Order form and contact form

Your data entered via the order form will be stored for the purpose of processing and to provide you in the future with information on the publication of the new edition of the manual as well as further training events of the KKNMS. The data will not be shared with third parties. The data entered via the contact form will only be used for the purpose of answering your request.

5. Online donation form of the Bank for Social Economy

On our website, we offer users the opportunity to donate online. If a user decides to provide a donation in this manner, the data entered into the associated form will be transmitted to us and stored. The form is provided by the Bank für Sozialwirtschaft AG (“BFS”). Via an encrypted SSL connection, the data entered are passed on directly to the BFS as well as to the technical service provider used by the BFS who provide the form for executing the donation order. A transfer of the data to other third parties does not take place. The following data is collected with the form:

Full name (last name, first name) with salutation (optional title and company name); address (street, house number, city, postal code, country); email address; banking information (IBAN); information about the donation (donation recipient, amount, reference, whether donation receipt is requested).

Additionally for credit card donations: card type, card number, CVV / CVC verification number, credit card validity period.

If a donation receipt is requested, we process the data in order to issue and send a corresponding donation receipt.

The data collected are necessary for the execution and implementation of the donation order. The user’s e-mail address is required to confirm receipt of the donation order. The data will not be used for any for further purposes. The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6 paragraph 1 of the DS-GVO.

When the form is sent, the IP address of the user will also be stored. We use the IP address to prevent misuse of the donation form. The IP address is used for the purpose of fraud prevention and to prevent unauthorized transactions to the detriment of third parties. The legal basis for the processing of the IP address is Article 6 paragraph 1 of the DS-GVO.

The data are deleted as soon as they are is no longer needed for the purpose of their collection. For banking information, this is the case immediately after collection of the donation. After the requested issuing and sending of a donation receipt, the address data as well as all other data will be stored to comply with tax laws, but they will kept locked from any other use. The IP address additionally collected during the sending process will be deleted at the latest after a period of seven days.

The user can object to the processing of the data at any time. It should be noted, however, that in the event of an objection, the donation order can no longer be carried out as desired.

6. Use of Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of map features by visitors.
